Amrita has played a key role in many business-impacting transformation initiatives including revenue-share IT outsourcing deal with IBM, launching of new m-commerce products, creating the IT platform for global Enterprise business at Vodafone, introducing the tools and organisation to support the Digital Telco strategy of Vodafone, CWW M&A integration, 4G network rollout and preparing for 5G introduction.
She has been a member of the executive management team at Bharti Airtel and Vodafone Hungary and is currently advising CXOs of large companies to adopt 5G and Digital strategies, helping mid-sized digital product companies to grow and mentoring start-ups across the globe.

Specialising in strategic solutions from an organisational, technological and operational perspective, Tony has overseen large scale transformations in many countries and industries, working from both the corporate and vendor sides of the fence.
Companies with which Tony has worked include EDS, Unisys, HP, Amdocs, Vodafone, XL Indonesia, Spark NZ, Astro TV Malaysia, Independent Liquors worldwide, Tabcorp Australia and Genesis Energy NZ.

Aparna has 20+ years of international experience in leading large scale business transformation with technology enabler.
Her experience is across B2B, B2C, telecoms, consumer, retail, insurance, home services and SME (multi-sector). Expertise in aligning technology plan with business objectives and developing technology partner strategy to drive innovation and product development . Aparna is very adept at new product introduction and scale-up.
She has worked in Indian, UK, European and US markets. Deep expertise in M&A due diligence and integration expertise
